Shared common areas. 2 full bathrooms, 1 half-bathroom shared between tennants. One second-floor bedroom available Nov 1st. $675/month, utilities included. Central A/C, fenced backyard, detached double garage and street parking available. Washer and dryer, dishwasher. No front or back neighbour. Pet-friendly rental, but limit of one pet per renter, and all pets must be approved by landlord. Landlord is a veterinarian. One dog currently lives on premises.
